Personalised Products:
All products sold by Quirky Charms Co. are personalised or made-to-order
based on customer inputs such as name, colour, size, design or measurements.
Order Confirmation:
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellation is allowed only before the product manufacturing or personalisation process has started.
Once the product is made, customised, printed, stitched or prepared,
the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy:
Since all products are personalised, refunds are not applicable once the product is ready.
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or broken
Product was not delivered
Any refund request must be supported with unboxing photos/videos and raised within
24 hours of delivery.
No Refund for Size or Measurement Issues:
For customised products, size and measurement details are shared with customers
before finalising and fixing the product, based on the child’s age.
Once approved by the customer, no refund or replacement will be provided for size-related concerns.
Transaction Charges:
Any transaction fee, convenience fee, gateway charge or processing charge
levied by banks, card networks or payment service providers shall be borne
solely by the cardholder/customer.
Non-Refund of Transaction Charges:
Transaction fees, convenience fees or gateway charges once paid are
non-refundable and non-reversible under any circumstances,
including order cancellation, refund, reversal, chargeback or partial refund,
in accordance with RBI guidelines.
Product Appearance:
Minor colour or design variations may occur due to screen resolution,
lighting conditions or the handcrafted nature of products.
Intellectual Property:
All designs, images, logos and content are the exclusive property of
Quirky Charms Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior permission.
Right to Modify:
Quirky Charms Co. reserves the right to update prices, policies or terms
at any time without prior notice.
