Personalised Products:
All products sold by Quirky Charms Co. are personalised or made-to-order
based on customer inputs.
Transaction Charges:
Any transaction fee, convenience fee, gateway charge or processing charge
levied by banks, card networks or payment service providers shall be borne
solely by the cardholder/customer.
Non-Refund of Transaction Charges:
Transaction fees, convenience fees or gateway charges once paid are
non-refundable and non-reversible under any circumstances,
including order cancellation, refund, reversal, chargeback or partial refund,
in accordance with RBI guidelines.
Order Confirmation:
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.
Product Appearance:
Minor colour or design variations may occur due to screen resolution,
lighting or handcrafted nature of products.
Intellectual Property:
All designs, images, logos and content are the property of Quirky Charms Co.
and may not be copied or reproduced without prior permission.
Right to Modify:
Quirky Charms Co. reserves the right to update prices, policies or terms
at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law:
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with
exclusive jurisdiction at Lucknow.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, customers are encouraged to first contact the
customer support team of Quirky Charms Co. for amicable resolution. If the
dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance
with the applicable laws of India. The arbitration proceedings shall take
place in Lucknow, and the courts at Lucknow shall have exclusive jurisdiction
over all matters arising from or related to these Terms.
